Qwest Call to Cash Incentives
Call to Cash changes: Product quantities limited as of April 19
Due to your overwhelming success with Call to Cash, the incentive program that rewards you for selling long-distance and access products, budget realities are resulting in changes. For sales made as of Monday, April 19, limits have been established for the quantity of each product that can be claimed for each customer. Please see the updated Call to Cash terms and conditions below for specific dollar payouts and quantity limits for each product. If you have questions about Call to Cash, please contact your Inside Sales Representative (ISR).
Call to Cash Incentive – Terms and Conditions

Eligibility Partners must be a Qwest® Business Partner in good standing. Participants must be sales representatives employed by active Partners or the sales representatives of associated Sub-agents registered with Partners. Program Description Participating Partners and Sub-agent members will earn cash incentives for new sales of the participating products. Terms and Conditions
- Quantities that may be claimed for each customer are limited. See eligible product list for limits.
- Orders must be provisioned within 60 days of contract date to be eligible. Orders are subject to audit and verification of sale completion and provisioning.
- Disconnects, Conversions, Redesigns, Renewals, Transfers or T&F (To and From) orders for products on the eligible product list do not qualify. Products not on the eligible list or substitutions do not qualify.
- Only orders accepted by Qwest may be claimed. Qwest may reject an order at any time at its sole discretion and without recourse. Orders will not be deemed "accepted" by Qwest if they are incomplete in any way, including—but not limited to—incomplete contracts, insufficient information, insufficient paperwork, illegibility, lack of signatures or technical problems (fax, e-mail and submission problems).
Tax Provisions
- All cash awards earned in this program are considered taxable income.
- All applicable federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the individual participating in the program.
- Taxes are not transferable between participants.
- Qwest will issue a Form 1099 to registered participants and to appropriate taxing authorities.
