Dana Topping has more than 12 years of professional expertise and knowledge in high level management and design of telecommunications, Internet, and data networks. In the mid 90's, Dana joined with Resource Communications, who has served Northern California businesses for 12 years in Telecom voice, data and design.

In March 2002, Dana purchased all the assets of Resource Communications from existing partners. Resource now places its focus on nationwide coverage, strategically aligning itself with major partners to accomplish ubiquitous coverage in the market. Dana's primary focus is on providing strategic, tactical and operating leadership in Internet network strategy, proprietary account management database tools, sales and marketing. Justin Kelley, Lead Developer
Justin Kelley brings innovative thinking and sharp technology skills to his role as Systems Engineer for Resource Communications. Prior to his time with the Resource team, Justin worked as Systems Engineer for Protogent, Inc, as well as With1Click, Inc., and was Webmaster at Pixelmation Internet Technologies. He has played fundamental roles in the support and mechanics of the With1Click.com search directory and the unique DRL™ technology which powers it. Justin has been instrumental in the creation, development and implementation of many innovative and original search tools, search functions, interactive interfaces, and software solutions.
