Resource Launches New Telecom Agent Tools
Resource Communications adds new features to their on-line agent support - including 24-hour "Quick Quotes" and a weekly agent newsletter.
San Jose, CA -- October 2002
Resource Communications has created an innovative Web-based data center at specifically for helping data and voice agents from all over the U.S. order services and manage their customers, from every major carrier and RBOC in the country.

The newest feature to launch is The Resource Weekly electronic newsletter.
